“I have to say that if it wasn't for the fact that I've passed 32 this year... I would have never felt like even thinking going raw, but you know, when you start worrying about your age, there's nothing you can do except trying to repair in some way...above that I got the impression that a raw diet wouldn't have just been a repair but a prevention and because I had the luck to know Angela and Andrew before - and they are lovely! - I knew they would never suggested me something if they did not believe in it... so there I went!

What to say about those two days? Well, you really feel like doing something for you, something good; taking the time to think about your body, take actions to feel better physically and mentally. And these actions are very simple, easy and fun... so much fun ! ! ! To me the raw food seminar experience has been like a fresh start after 30 years on the same road! It gave me so much excitement, I felt like a kid!

After the seminar I started having my good raw milk everyday while waiting for all the other gadgets to arrive; yesterday I finally got my dehydrator, the juicer and the sprouting machine and.. I was like a kid in front of Christmas presents, you know that feeling! It's just such a fresher and honest approach not only to food but to life. You accept and start appreciating the fact that you are actually finally taking a bit of care for yourself. What's bad in it: nothing. What's good in it: you gain so much in your approach to things! And I have to say... the banana crepes that I made tonight mmm hhhh. They tasted sooooo gooooooood, looking forward to fill them with nutcream and cover them with the strawberry sauce!

Wondering about the food and the taste? Well, I'm Italian and Andrew and Angela proposed me a raw pizza and raw lasagne.. quite risky ah! My reaction? I was totally amazed by the great taste, I think I actually said... hhuuuaaaaaaa! This pizza is Italian approved! Well done you Angela & Andrew, your passion and love for this project and for life is soooo good that I would recommend it to everyone, even just for a refreshing and relaxing weekend!”

Hi Angela and Andrew Thank you for giving me such a worthwhile introduction to my raw food journey. I came away feeling more motivated and inspired to explore this raw world. And I really feel it's going to become an integral part of my family's life. I wish my husband had come too. Infact so does he.

Things that I found great about the day: a very positive experience, inspiring and motivating. Your manner (both) is very calm and open, positive and your committment shines through.As a visual learner I found the recipe demonstrations invaluable. The recipes all tasted so good and I left feeling very inspired to try them at home (I visited the health shop down the road before I went home to stock up!)

You coped very well with all the constant questioning and I think the open floor worked well. It was good to meet others on a similar journey and hear each others stories. The bottled water was a much welcomed touch. It didn't take long for everyone to 'warm up' and get going. The start of anything can often be a little awkwark but any sense of this dissipated within minutes as everyone began to gel and nerves settled.

Thanks for a great experience, I know it has changed my life already and will change my family's.

Wow! What a weekend!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for opening my eyes to raw. The two days ran really well. I took in so much and also had fun. It was over before I knew it.

I came away motivated to change and supported with practical ideas and an info pack to back it all up. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into this.

Saturday's class was such an enjoyable experience - you complement each other very well. Please don't change anything, you were being very real and true to who you are as people. It gave us insightful, practical tips on how to transition to a raw diet, while showing us that it does not have to be complicated at all. At the very least, we will be incorporating more raw foods into our diet.

Hi - I came to one of your Intro to Raw Food workshops a few weeks ago in Soho and just wanted to say thanks for a great session. The food was fantastic - really enjoyed sampling it all, and I've even made some of the recipes at home myself since then. It was really informative and I loved the informality of it. It made me realise how hard it sometimes is to be raw on your own, because I really enjoyed meeting other raw food enthusiasts. I didn't realise how many questions I still had and how much there still is to learn, even for someone who's been reading about raw foods and experimenting for so many years! When you're doing it in isolation it's easy to get the impression that the only people who go and stay successfully raw are those who make their living from it, so it was great to meet other people from the mainstream world who are trying to incorporate more raw - people like me who have non-raw families to cater for etc. Anyway thanks again for a great workshop. This was an unforgetable day. Andrew and Angela are a lovely couple whose teaching is engaging and very informative. I am very grateful to them for showing me the way to better health with their quick, easy to follow, delicious raw food recipes. I was suprised to discover the rich variety of tasty meals that can be prepared with fresh produce. I have introduced this diet to my family and we are now about 75% raw. I am constantly inviting people round to taste the food. My friends cannot believe raw food can taste so good. My children and husband love our new diet. My disabled daughter's digestion has improved. Although I have been using this diet for only a week I already have more energy and I do not feel tired in the afternoon as I used to feel previously. I have purchased the books recommended by Andrew and Angela to expand my new knowledge. I would highly recommend this course to everyone.

The course was very inspiring and motivating. Good background explanation of the benefits of eating raw food. The recipies were astonishingly easy to prepare even for me that I do not like cooking. This course has changed my mind about my approach to preparing food.

Yes, it was a most instructional and enjoyable course, thank you. I am not a stranger to raw living food, but I learnt a lot even so and came home with some really delicious recipes. It's so good to find that there are some really delicious puds to be had for the eating, and savoury crackers - the very things that I had missed on the raw food regime I had been on over the last 8 months. Now life has become enjoyable again, without resorting to 'cheating' and commercial chocolate bars. Normally the journey home leaves me feeling tired and hungry and I just want to flop into a chair and eat! (I have spine and hip problems which making sitting, especially in a car, for long periods very difficult). On Sunday evening, my muscles just quietly ached, no agony, no seized back, no nightly cramps. Wonderful.
